Real, live water-level and rainfall stations from Nepal's own Department of Hydrology and Meteorology
(hydrology.gov.np), across the 5 basins that actually feed Bihar: Narayani (Gandak's own name in Nepal),
Koshi, Bagmati, Kamala and Kankai. This is Bihar's real upstream signal, not an illustrative one - a rise
at these stations reaches the Bihar border hours to a day before it reaches PRAVAH's own downstream
stations. Refreshed once per PRAVAH's own live cycle (matching its cadence, not polled faster), stored
so a real history builds up over time, not just a snapshot.
